1027 Processing Company has amassed an inventory of mine sites and tests results from many locations in Alabama, Georgia, the Western United States and Mexico. With our prospecting work thus far we have located hundreds of potential mine projects. With our laboratory work we have extracted gold from 160 of those sites. After completing many years of laboratory studies on Mexico ores, we designed a pilot plant to test process circuits that would recover a high percentage of the values recovered in the laboratory setting. The El Grullo Pilot Plant successfully harvested gold from 10 different mines located across 5 different states.
Based on the knowledge gained in our former Verbena and El Grullo laboratories and the pilot plant we have designed a custom state of-the-art pilot plant for our Urique Facility. We plan to have this plant operational in September of 2023. This plant will be used to test our processes on the local ore and make any necessary changes before scaling it up to a full production plant. With this new plant, not only will we be able to test ores, processes, and circuits, but will also be able to operate it at a profit. This first pilot plant will be operated in Urique, Chihuahua, Mexico.
474.5 grams of Gold (valued at $25,925) were recovered during a one week test run in the El Grullo Pilot Plant using a proprietary, environmentally friendly process. This Pilot Plant was intended to test different configurations to optimize gold recovery, however it paid for itself with this recovery.
