The Urique Toll Plant will be a dual use facility. The first use will be as a 1-ton per hour processing plant that will serve the smaller miners in the area. These miners will bring us high grade ore that will be processed for a percentage of the values recovered. We are targeting ore that where XRF assay values are greater than 5g per ton. Our Joint venture has purchased 17 acres of land close to the Urique River as a base of operations. The plant is currently under construction in Durango and when completed it will be setup on this property. The existing building on the land will be converted into office and laboratory space. The second use for the plant will be as pilot plant to test various ores and related processes. The plant can be reconfigured quickly and easily for these test runs. As our operations expand the a larger plant will be built to the size needed for larger scale production. The 1-ton plant will be continued to be used for testing and small scale ore processing. We are anticipating operations to begin in October of 2023.
