The joint venture between SPM and 1027 is focused on the development and operation of precious metals properties. Our focus areas are Mine Development for ourselves and clients, development of Mine Operating Plans and component Plans, operating our own Processing Plants, and providing Toll Processing Plants for small miners. We develop a project to the point of becoming operational and can either sell the project or proceed with operations internally. We have two projects currently in progress that will be operated by our team. SPM will take the management lead on the U.S. projects, while 1027 will take the management lead on the Mexico projects.
