Plant Designs

There are two primary types of processing plants we use, Wash Plants and Gold Processing Plants. Our plants are customized for the specific ore being processed for both our mine development projects and for our own harvesting operations.

Wash Plant

A Wash Plant uses water and gravity to capture free gold that has collected in waterways, placer gold. It is primarily a large gravel washing machine that separates rocks and sand from gold with a series of sluices and gold mats that trap the gold as the waste material is washed away.

Gold Processing Plant

A Gold Processing Plant crushes and mills ore and uses several processes and methods to extract complex gold along with free gold. Our plants include Jaw Crushers, Hammer Mills, Ball Mills, Conveyors, Collection Tables, and our Proprietary MX-70 System to recover fine and micro gold.

Pilot Plants and HighBankers

A Pilot Plant is a smaller version of our Gold Processing Plant and is used for testing and for production plant development. Our Pilot Plant will run 1 ton per hour, large enough to generate income from the tested materials. Results from runs through the Pilot Plant and the will be used to design higher volume plants that typically range from 60 tons per day up to 360 tons. Our placer prospecting unit is a portable sluice system that will handle 3 tons per hour. Based on the results from this unit, Gold Wash Plants will be scaled to the proper size for production.

Toll Plant

A Toll Plant is a Gold Processing or Pilot Plant that will be used to run ore for small scale miners. There is no design difference, it is only an operational difference, where we are contracted to process the ore for a percentage of the recovery values.
