As a joint venture we will operate our own Processing Plants as well as developing mines for our clients. Our two flagship projects will be operated by our joint venture in Verbena Alabama and Urique Mexico. Our Verbena Plant will process ore from the one location, while Urique will have Toll Plant Operation processing ore for small miners. We also have an Urique Placer Operation along the Urique River. We anticipate expanding in Urique, to one or two projects where our team will build Processing Plants on those sites and operating those plants ourselves.
