Urique Pilot Plant Design
Our Urique Pilot plant has been designed to processes the ores typically found in that region of Mexico. The ore is fed into a jaw crusher that reduces it to gravel size, it then travels to the hammer mill which reduces it further, and that travels to the ball mill that reduces the ore to a flour-like consistency. At this stage reagents are added as needed and it is mixed with water in an agitator and then is run across shaker tables set in tandem to capture the fine gold. The proprietary MX-70 system is not shown in this configuration, however it will be implemented in our installed circuit.
