We are Good Stewards of the people that God brings to us for our projects. Employees are treated with respect and dignity and their contributions are acknowledged and rewarded. We are Good Stewards of the land that God allows us to operate on and extract His Precious Metals. We use only environmentally safe and friendly methods, we return water cleaner than we found it, we process small areas of property at a time and reclaim it as we go.
